Marine Forecast
...Small Craft Should Exercise Caution...
Synopsis: Wind speeds will decrease from west to east today. A weak to moderate northeast flow is expected tonight and Thursday. A coastal trough will develop late tonight and Thursday, resulting in a chance for rain. Another weather disturbance approaches the area Thursday night, increasing the rain chances through Friday. Onshore flow will develop Thursday night over the nearshore and offshore waters. A more southerly flow is expected on Friday through the weekend, as the coastal trough weakens and low pressure develops in the Southern Plains in response to a more potent upper level system. A frontal boundary will move offshore Sunday night into Monday morning, resulting in a weak to moderate offshore flow. Low chances of showers will exist ahead of the front.
